Order Preparation & Transit Times
Preparation Time
Orders are handled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 2–5 business days for your items to be prepared and packed, especially during busy periods or holiday seasons.
Transit Time
- Standard Delivery: 10–15 business days
- FedEx: 3–5 business days. FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
- Delivery time starts once the carrier receives your package.
- Need your order for a trip or gift? We recommend ordering early or choosing FedEx at checkout.
- Remote Location Notice: Some remote destinations may require in-person pickup after the package arrives.
Delivery Fees & Import Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- In most cases, no extra customs duties are needed because those costs are included in your shipping fee.
- Rare exceptions may apply in certain regions with special import regulations.

Delays & Important Notes
1. Events Outside Our Control
We work hard to deliver on time, but delays may happen due to customs checks, postal interruptions, natural disasters, extreme weather, public holidays, or emergency situations. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these factors.
2. Incorrect Address Notice
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look around the front and back of your house, garage, or nearby mailboxes
- Contact the carrier directly
- Reach out to us kindly so we can review whether a replacement package may be possible
4. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to item availability or size. If this occurs, each shipment will receive its own tracking number.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or failure to claim it, we can reship it to you. Additional shipping fees may apply. If you choose not to have it reshipped, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

I just received my overalls, and sadly, they were HUGE!!! I normally wear a small, even though I am 5 feet tall, but the crouch on the small came almost to my knees. I do have to say that the quality is superior, just sad that I have to exchange them, which means I have to wait a while before I can get the smaller one shipped to me. Would definitely recommend

I'm a Small or XS in most overalls and ordered a M to get the oversized look and am super happy with them. iI feel like I could have even gotten a large if I wanted to look like the model. For ref. I'm 5"3 125(ish) athletic (ish) build
I wear these in my art room atleast once a week and get so many compliments. Debating on snagging another pair just to have 2 in case a clasp breaks.

You will have to go up at least 2 sizes to achieve the silhouette the model displays, especially in tbe leg length. Especially if you train and have larger glutes and thighs. The large in this fit is one to one with Carhartt women's medium. If you wear a women's medium in that brand, you might have to go to a 2XXL to get that slouchy and to have that ankle cascade. The material is thinner though, so it will fall nicely.
