1.Why was my credit card payment unsuccessful?

When your credit card is flagged as a possible fraud risk, the payment may be refused. Please try paying with another card or with Paypal. On the payment selection page, choose Paypal first and click "Complete order" or "Pay with Paypal". Then select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card", and enter your email. You can use PayPal Guest Checkout to pay directly by credit card without signing in to Paypal.

2.Do you deliver to my country?

We can ship internationally, provided your country is available to select when completing the shipping address.

3.When will my order be sent out? When will it arrive?

Orders are processed within 2 - 5 days. Shipping time begins after the order has been processed. Delivery times can vary, but most orders arrive within 10 – 15 business days on average. Please note that customers in the following countries and regions may have longer delivery times: Iceland, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Bailiwick of Jersey, New Caledonia, Ukraine, Greenland and Liechtenstein. It usually takes 30 - 40 days.

4.How do I switch Standard Shipping to Express Shipping?

You can reach us by email or Messenger to make the change. We will add the extra shipping charge to your order and send you an invoice. Once payment is completed, your order will be shipped by Express Shipping.

5.Can I cancel my order?

If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please contact us right away. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). After our warehouse has processed your order, we will no longer be able to make changes.

Please note that orders already packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

6.Why didn’t I get an order confirmation email after placing my order?

This may happen if the email was not entered, was typed incorrectly, or the message went to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder first, and if you still cannot find it, contact us.

7.Why did I email you but receive no reply?

Please contact us at madepantsdenim@gmail.com, not through any other email address. If you are using Facebook Messenger to reach us, we recommend logging in with Facebook instead of as a guest. Otherwise, you may not receive our response after leaving.

8.How should I select a size?

Each item detail page includes a size chart, so you can take your measurements, compare them, and choose the correct size. Every size chart shows the actual measured garment size.
