FedEx: 3–5 business days. FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Remote Location Notice: Some remote destinations may require in-person pickup after the package arrives.

Delivery Fees & Import Charges

2. Incorrect Address Notice

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

Check with neighbors or building management
Look around the front and back of your house, garage, or nearby mailboxes
Contact the carrier directly
Reach out to us kindly so we can review whether a replacement package may be possible

4. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to item availability or size. If this occurs, each shipment will receive its own tracking number.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or failure to claim it, we can reship it to you. Additional shipping fees may apply. If you choose not to have it reshipped, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
