4. Split Shipments

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or failure to claim it, we can reship it to you. Additional shipping fees may apply. If you choose not to have it reshipped, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

These jeans are nice. The construction seems good and the fit in the legs are nice. They are a little on the slimmer side in the legs opposed to something wider or baggier, but that's how I like it. There's still plenty of room but it's more a straight leg. The buttons and bindings are a nice detail and they seem well made. Where I had an issue was the fit at the waist. I bought a 30 as their sizing chart said the waist would be 32". When I tried them on, it was definitely not 32", as that fits loose on me but kind of how I like my jeans. These fit definitely more like a small 30 or even a true 29, as I usually even have a little leeway at the waist with a 30. These were zero give for me at the waist. I could wear them, perhaps they'd stretch as the day goes by, but it would definitely not be as comfortable as what I normally wear. Since it took so long to get because it came from overseas, not in the US, I didn't want to bother with exchanging them. Hey, it's incentive to lose a few pounds but for now I'll either stuff myself into them and deal with a little discomfort or wear a button extender in the meantime. I'm not sure if that's how they all fit or if they're just inconsistent, but for the sizing to be that way off, it's iffy whether they'll fit correctly or not. As for the material, look, and construction, that all seems top notch. Can't speak for durability yet but overall first impression, these are nice jeans for the price.
